FAAC Technologies values life-long learning and the exchange of knowledge and ideas. It is also a partner for several education bodies, including the oldest university in the world: Università di Bologna, or UNIBO.
The managers of tomorrow are currently sitting in university classrooms. Last week, our Finance Controlling team at HUB Carlo Taurisano and Daniela Ramazza went to the UNIBO Faculty of Economics to meet some of them, along their Management & Marketing graduate program.
Carlo introduced FAAC Technologies and HUB Parking to the students, then provided the grounds for a quarter-long group work that will gain them a partial score for their Business Strategy exam – and some visibility at FAAC Headquarters too.
In fact, the project revolves around a Business Case for the parking industry: students will assess the viability of a very specific business model in the parking & mobility environment and make predictive assumptions on its evolution over time. Their work will benefit from a dedicated tutor within HUB Parking and will finally be evaluated by UNIBO professor Carlo Boschetti in May.
In three months, the best projects will be presented to FAAC Technologies and HUB Parking representatives.
