Once they approach the facility, they find an comprehensive Parking Guidance System (PGS) with VMS panels that seamlessly guide them along the four floors of the garage. On every floor, M4 smart sensors indicate the availability of the single space.
Nearly 1,600 stalls are dedicated to electric vehicle and their charging needs, thus future-proofing the facility.
Online pre-booking also offers the greatest discount compared to the drive-up rate of $25 per day, with initial discounts up to 70% off pre-book rates with dynamic pricing that is based on availability and the amount of time booked in advance. This strategic approach to the parking offer is fully enabled by JMS system, that runs the parking system equipment and feeds the booking engine with real-time data.
Employee parking is handled through HUB’s JPass mobile solution and allows contract parkers to reserve and pay for their parking privileges via the app on their smartphone, eliminating the need to interact with parking staff.
