Baghdad International Airport (BGW) has recently upgraded their parking facilities, by expanding the gated exit structures in place and automatizing some of the most crucial processes.
The gateway to a better parking management and an improved user experience has been the support of HUB Middle East team, combined with local partner Integrated Prism, and of course the best-in-class parking system: Jupiter.
In the words of Fakar Al Obaidi, CEO Integrated Prism for IT and Security solutions: “We choose HUB Parking for Baghdad Airport client regardless of the competition, due to the quality of the products and the precision of the manufacturing with the highest quality and technology - adding to the extensive support from HUB Parking team. Choosing HUB has helped us as a system integrator to save on maintenance and troubleshooting expenses: after the installation and commissioning, the system does not need for maintenance, which keeps costs very low”.
We are very glad of this feedback, and proud of our local Dubai team. Well done!
Among the new parking features and functionalities, BGW management required the backwards compatibility with the existing FAAC parking equipment (branded Parqube) and the upgrade of its PMS to JMS management software.
The creation of multiple charging profiles, according to the user group, and customized reporting were also in the scope of the upgrade, together with the implementation of fast parking validation, quick barrier response to reduce in-lane queues, and Arabic language for input and GUI: everything needed to ensure an excellent customer experience!
