Autosistemas, a family-owned company based in Mexico, has been delivering access control and parking solutions for over 40 years. With a team of around 100 people and a strong presence in sectors such as shopping malls, universities, and hospitals, the company continues to lead the way in modernizing mobility through innovation and long-standing partnerships.
The collaboration between Autosistemas and HUB Parking Technology dates back to 2010, starting with Datapark solutions. Since then, the relationship has evolved into a solid partnership built on trust and technological growth. “I think it's fair to say that we started working with HUB since day one,” says CEO Adrían Garza. Regular training, both online and on-site, ensures that the team remains aligned with the latest advancements and system capabilities.
What sets Autosistemas apart is its commitment to long-term relationships and customer satisfaction. The company maintains a dedicated stock of equipment and spare parts, offering swift support to active sites. “One of our strengths is trying to build long-term relationships,” Garza explains. “We do this by offering strong support and post-sale support.”
This attention to service reliability has earned the trust of clients across industries, especially those with mission-critical needs like healthcare and retail.
In recent years, Autosistemas has expanded its offering with a strong focus on digital mobility. The company has introduced digital tickets, cashless payments, free flow systems, scan-to-pay functionality, and digital subscriptions. These solutions are designed to improve the operational efficiency of clients and enhance the end-user experience.
Garza emphasizes, “Everything is just to make the operations of our clients more efficient and smarter.”
One of the standout installations involves a large-scale mixed-use complex that includes a shopping mall. With over 50 peripherals deployed across entries, exits, and pay stations, the project manages an average of 8,000 users per day. The challenge was to optimie entry and exit flows while maintaining system reliability.
To address this, Autosistemas implemented a combination of HUB’s digital solutions, including digital subscriptions and scan-to-pay capabilities. The project is now seen as a point of pride for the company.
The use of HUB’s JMS platform has been instrumental in managing operational complexity. With separate profiles for owners and administrators, the system ensures clear visibility and role-based access. “The owner has its own account and then they can see their reports. We also have administration which has their profile. So yeah, it works really good,” says Garza.
Several long-time customers initially equipped with Datapark systems have smoothly transitioned to the Jupiter system, without any service downtime. This seamless upgrade has reinforced customer trust and highlighted the robustness of HUB’s technology.
“We’ve been replacing this equipment for the new HUB Jupiter system... and we’ve managed to do it in a smooth way without losing any operations hours,” adds Garza.
As mobility continues to evolve, Autosistemas remains committed to digital transformation. Their mission is clear: to make parking as smooth and digital as possible. With the continued support of HUB Parking Technology, Autosistemas is helping shape the future of parking in Mexico – efficient, innovative, and ready for what’s next.
