The Tradies has been a Canberra institution for 50 years, operating a licensed community club in Dickson.
As all entertainment facilities, sports complex, hotels, and restaurants in the country, The Tradies is just out of the prolonged lockdown period, ready to welcome back members and new visitors!
The venue has award-winning four-star Quality Hotel accommodation attached, excellent functions spaces, and an underground car-parking that has just been renovated with Jupiter system and camera-based LPR technology.
The new system grants flawless entry and exit to drivers: license plate reading cameras speed up vehicles recognition and access, while the integrated parking barrier reacts under 2 seconds, thus reducing the risk of queues. On top of the license plate identification and gated access, 24/7 camera surveillance adds an extra layer of safety for all visitors.
The Tradies is now up to speed with the latest in parking technology, in line with their values: constantly adapting and growing to service the needs of the membership base and the larger Canberra community.
